Glenallachie 15 Years Old New Label is an official distillery-bottled mature Speyside single malt at 46% ABV in a standard 700ml bottle, aged fifteen years across bourbon, sherry and wine casks under the refreshed packaging design. Its aroma delivers ripe orchard fruit, thick caramel vanilla, golden cereal malt, dried stone fruit and deep layered warm baking spice from extended multi-cask maturation. The palate offers concentrated balanced fruit sweetness upfront, silky rounded malt, plush integrated oak tannins and faint honeyed nutty undertones refined by long ageing. It features an enduring elegant warm finish of preserved mixed fruit, smooth honey caramel and lingering mellow wood spice harmony. This well-aged core distillery release works neat or lightly watered, favoured by Speyside connoisseurs for its deep, fully rounded multi-cask fruit and oak complexity absent from younger Glenallachie expressions.
