Its aroma unfolds ripe green apple and pear, golden honeyed cereal malt, soft vanilla toffee, subtle dried stone fruit and light herbal heather undertones. The palate delivers concentrated bright orchard fruit sweetness upfront, rich creamy malt core, firm grippy oak tannins, layered baked honey and faint nutty almond depth, leading to an exceptionally long warming finish of lingering fresh fruit, velvety honey and lasting restrained oak spice.
