Its aroma unfolds gentle smoldering peat smoke, crisp green orchard apple, honeyed malted barley, faint dried pear, soft vanilla custard and light heather herbal ash undertones. The palate delivers balanced bright fruit sweetness, smooth mild earthy peat, creamy malt core, subtle toffee oak and delicate dried floral layers, leading to a mellow medium-length finish of fading soft smoke, fresh apple and lingering honeyed malt sweetness.
