It is crafted around rich Oloroso sherry cask matured malts, delivering bold dark fruit flavours as its core character. Its aroma bursts with ripe blackberry, dried fig, dark raisin, dark chocolate and subtle cinnamon spice. Medium-bodied and velvety smooth on the palate, jammy dark berry sweetness dominates, balanced by polished oak tannins and gentle baking spice.
