Part of Blackadder’s famous Red Snake collection, this 11-year-old sherry-cask whisky boasts concentrated dark fruit character from long maturation in full-size sherry barrels. The nose bursts with ripe prune, dark cherry, dried fig, clove spice and roasted nutty oak. On the palate, it is dense and full-bodied, featuring rich dark berry compote, dark chocolate, molasses and restrained baked wood tannins. The long warm finish lingers with heavy dried fruit and deep sherry spice, showcasing classic robust Red Snake sherry malt style.
