Lustau Amontillado VORS 500ml is a vintage aged Spanish VORS amontillado sherry at elevated 20.5% ABV in a compact 500ml format, crafted by Lustau through decades of dual flor and slow oxidative barrel maturation. It delivers deep roasted nut, polished leather, dried dark stone fruit, spiced oak and subtle coastal mineral with restrained elegant dry sweetness. Its nose releases concentrated roasted almond paste, polished dark leather, dried apricot compote, warm clove spice, vanilla custard and faint coastal brine undertones. The palate offers velvety restrained fruity sweetness, powerful bold spirit warmth, layered mature nutty fruit and firm integrated long-aged oak tannins. It has an exceptionally long, silky mineral finish with lingering roasted nut and soft leathery dried fruit vibrancy. Enjoy neat with a tiny splash of spring water as a premium slow sipping aperitif, matching aged cured tapas and mature hard cow’s cheeses.
