Lustau Fino Jarana is a crisp dry Spanish fino sherry at mild 15% ABV in a standard 750ml format, crafted by Lustau under traditional flor yeast coastal oxidative maturation. It delivers bright saline mineral, fresh green apple, bitter almond, yeast bread crust and faint herbal notes without heavy sweet fruit richness. Its nose releases sharp coastal brine, fresh green apple, raw bitter almond, mild sourdough crust, green herb and faint white grape floral undertones. The palate offers restrained lean dry sweetness, low gentle spirit warmth, layered pale orchard fruit and delicate thin flor yeast tannins. It has a long, clean mineral finish with lingering salted almond and soft bread dough vibrancy.
