Romate Moscatel Ambrosia is a sweet Spanish fortified wine produced by Sanchez Romate at mild 18% ABV in a 700ml bottle, crafted from sun-dried Moscatel grapes. It delivers bright floral honey, ripe tropical fruit, orange blossom and soft candied citrus sweetness with gentle oak depth. Its nose releases fresh orange blossom, ripe peach, honey, tropical lychee and light candied peel. The palate offers silky light fruit sweetness, faint subtle spirit warmth, layered floral citrus and soft herbal undertones. It finishes short and bright with lingering floral fruit vibrancy. Served chilled neat, it pairs beautifully with fruit tarts, vanilla desserts, mild soft cheeses and fresh summer fruit platters.
