Distilled in 2013 and matured nine years in ex-bourbon oak casks, it delivers ripe orchard fruit sweetness balanced with soft wild floral honey and gentle cereal malt notes. The aroma carries baked apple, ripe pear, wild blossom, light vanilla toffee and pale oak undertones. The palate offers smooth clean fruity malt core, subtle silky wood warmth and velvety medium texture. It holds a bright clean lingering finish with fresh orchard fruit brightness and quiet honeyed oak depth.
