Distilled in 2012 and matured for ten years, it delivers bright layered orchard fruit mixed with warm baked malt sweetness. The aroma carries ripe apple, floral honey, toffee caramel and subtle cereal undertones. The palate offers concentrated sweet fruit core, light nutty spice and full silky texture. It features a long vivid finish with lingering honeyed fruit and gentle oak warmth. It tastes fantastic neat, and a tiny splash of water draws out softer fruity layers.
