Its aroma unfolds with ripe apricot compote, stewed pear jelly, roasted almond oak, wild meadow honey and mild nut cereal spice, elevated cask strength amplifies every rich fruity aromatic layer. The palate delivers dense caramelised fruit sweetness upfront, intertwined with robust mature oak tannins and a gentle light cereal malt core. It holds an elegant lengthy fruity finish of lingering apricot preserve, crafted for seasoned malt drinkers with measured water adjustment.
