Matured for 12 years in oak casks, it softens sharp young malt notes to unlock classic honeyed orchard fruit and gentle vanilla oak. Its aroma bursts with ripe pear, golden honey, subtle baked apple and mild toasted oak without harsh alcohol vapour. The palate balances bright sweet malt fruit, smooth medium spirit warmth and faint nutty barrel spice from medium-term maturation.
