A decade of oak maturation yields sun-kissed green orchard fruit, creamy butterscotch toffee, soft floral barley honey, pale polished oak and faint mild herbal spice undertones characteristic of Glen Spey’s delicate distillate. The nose unfolds with bright pear compote, gentle vanilla custard and steady warm barrel wood sweetness. The palate balances silky ripe fruit brightness with seamless integrated oak depth, faint citrus zest and fully mellowed rounded tannins. Its medium warming finish holds lingering jammy fresh fruit and subtle grassy herbal whispers.
