Carn Mor Strictly Limited Dailuaine 10 Years Old 2012 is a limited-run Speyside single malt distilled by Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers, independently bottled at balanced 47.5% ABV in a standard 700ml bottle. A full decade of oak cask maturation yields sun-dried stone fruit, creamy butterscotch, soft wild heather honey, polished nutty oak and faint warm dried spice undertones typical of mature Dailuaine distillate. The nose unfolds with preserved apricot compote, light vanilla custard and gentle aged barrel wood sweetness. The palate balances velvety orchard fruit sweetness with seamless integrated oak depth, faint citrus zest and fully mellowed rounded tannins. Its medium warming finish holds lingering caramelised fruit and subtle woody herbal whispers. Best savoured neat or with a tiny splash of spring water to unlock harmonious ten-year Speyside malt complexity without harsh alcoholic sharpness.
