Distilled in 1996 and matured twenty-seven years in blended bourbon and sherry oak casks, it delivers bright preserved orchard fruit, viscous aged honey, sun-dried stone fruit, faint antique vanilla and deeply polished integrated oak spice. Its aroma unfolds with juicy pear preserve, thick vintage golden honey, soft apricot compote and gently mellowed long-aged oak. The palate balances lingering delicate cereal malt with even approachable alcohol warmth, rounded by velvety decades-softened tannins and quiet floral herbal undertones. The exceptionally long finish carries layered fruited molasses caramel, slow-fading dried fruit sweetness and subtle antique wood spice.
