Distilled in 2013 and matured 10 years in mixed bourbon and sherry casks, it delivers ripe orchard fruit, thick honeyed malt, dried stone fruit, soft vanilla and warm baking oak spice. Its aroma carries fresh pear, golden honey, preserved fruit and lightly charred wood. The palate balances sweet malt with strong alcohol warmth, softened by smooth oak tannins and faint earthy herbal undertones.
