Finn Thomson Linkwood 13 Years 2010 is a cask strength independent Speyside single malt bottled by Finn Thomson, presented at a robust 56.6% ABV in a standard 700ml bottle, distilled in 2010 and matured for thirteen years. Its aroma unfolds ripe orchard pear, honeyed cereal malt, bright citrus blossom, creamy vanilla and subtle dried stone fruit. The palate delivers concentrated sweet orchard fruit, smooth toffee cream, gentle baking spice and soft floral herbal layers, leading to a long warming finish of honey, ripe apple and lingering mild oak tannins. This full-strength fruity Speyside malt works best neat or with a few drops of spring water to temper its bold alcohol and reveal intricate fruity cask-driven flavours.
