Dornoch Speyside 22 Years 2000 is cask-strength Speyside single malt independently bottled by Dornoch Distillery at 54% ABV in a 700ml bottle. Distilled in 2000 and matured for 22 long years in hand-selected oak casks, this rare aged release delivers deep layered Speyside fruit and rich integrated oak from decades of slow maturation. The nose bursts with dried apricot, dark raisin, wild floral honey, vanilla custard and subtle spiced toasted oak. On the palate, it is dense and full-bodied, featuring concentrated stone fruit compote, creamy malt toffee, mild dried nut and restrained polished wood tannins. The long warming finish lingers with aged dried fruit sweetness and gentle lingering oak spice, showcasing refined well-integrated mature Speyside malt character.
