Southstar Speyside 10 Year Old 2011 is a classic unpeated Speyside single malt independently bottled by South Star at 48% ABV in a standard 700ml bottle. This decade-aged release embodies traditional Speyside malt style, matured across seasoned oak casks to deliver prominent honeyed fruit and creamy malt sweetness. The nose bursts with ripe orchard apple, golden blossom honey, dried apricot, buttery cereal and soft vanilla oak. On the palate, it is rounded and well-balanced, featuring candied stone fruit, rich malt toffee, subtle dried vine fruit and mild warm wood spice. The long, fruity honeyed finish showcases the elegant sweet-driven character typical of refined Speyside single malt.
