The nose opens with rich dried dark fruit, cooked stone fruit, meaty savoury malt, warm baking spice and creamy toffee sweetness, showcasing Mortlach’s signature robust savoury profile. On the palate, it is full-bodied and well-balanced, with concentrated dried-fruit brightness, layered spiced oak complexity and a long warm lingering finish. The finish delivers Mortlach’s iconic meaty-fruited malt character from limited independent single cask bottling.
