Distilled from mountain-grown ripe agave without oak maturation, it delivers deep earthy agave sweetness, concentrated citrus zest, wild herbal grass, subtle stone fruit and bold mineral pepper spice. Its aroma unfolds with bright lime peel, thick cooked agave, fresh mountain foliage and distinct saline mineral notes. The palate balances rich raw agave sweetness with vibrant potent alcohol warmth, rounded by dense herbal tannins and faint wild floral vegetal undertones unique to highland agave.
