Distilled in 2005 and matured in tropical oak casks under warm island climate, this mature molasses rum delivers rich tropical dried fruit, thick molasses sweetness, subtle spiced vanilla and polished seasoned oak without harsh raw vegetal bite or thin watery lightness. The nose unfolds with sun-dried mango, thick sugarcane molasses, ripe banana, cinnamon spice and silky well-aged vanilla oak. On the palate, smooth layered tropical fruit sweetness blends with steady medium alcohol warmth, balanced by delicate well-mellowed tropical oak tannins and faint caramelised cane undertones.
