Bayou Single Barrel is a limited single barrel American whiskey produced in the United States, bottled at a balanced 43.4% ABV in a standard 700ml bottle. Drawn exclusively from one individual charred oak cask, it delivers a classic Southern bayou-inspired profile defined by sweet corn grain and soft toasted oak complexity. The nose unfolds with ripe caramel corn, roasted pecan, ripe banana, light maple syrup and subtle charred vanilla oak. On the palate, rich warm corn sweetness balances smooth creamy grain spirit and gentle medium alcohol warmth, framed by lightly charred mellow oak tannins. Its medium rounded finish lingers on buttery toffee, roasted nut and faint smoky wood notes; this single cask exclusive bottling works beautifully neat, over crushed ice or mixed into traditional Southern whiskey cocktails.
