Talisker Distiller's Edition is an official distillery-bottled Island single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 45.8% ABV in a standard 700ml bottle. Finished in ex-sherry casks, it balances Talisker’s signature coastal maritime peat with rich dried fruit and sweet wood spice. The nose delivers briny sea salt, soft smoked malt, ripe dark berry fruit, dried raisin and warm sherry oak. On the palate, bold coastal smoke and saline mineral notes blend with sweet dark fruit, velvety sherry tannins and medium smooth alcohol warmth. It finishes long with lingering sea spray, dried fruit and gentle wood spice. This core distillery release marries classic island maritime character with luscious sherry sweetness, suitable for neat sipping or light water dilution.
