Santo Tequila Reposado is oak-rested blue agave spirit crafted by El Viejito Distillery in Mexico, bottled at mild 40% ABV in a standard 750ml format. Rested in light charred oak casks to meet reposado maturation standards, it delivers roasted cooked agave, soft butterscotch vanilla, faint dried tropical fruit, gentle toasted wood spice and subtle dry mineral terroir undertones. The nose opens with warm steamed agave sweetness, buttery vanilla custard, light barrel char and mild ripe fruit aroma. The palate balances earthy core agave brightness with velvety oak depth, delicate cinnamon lift and fully mellowed rounded tannins. Its medium warm finish holds lingering caramelised agave and quiet polished wood herbal hints. Best enjoyed neat over ice or in balanced agave cocktails, offering smooth layered oak-aged agave complexity without harsh alcoholic sharpness.
