[Takeda Winery, Yamagata Prefecture] This white wine is made with 100% freshly harvested, high-quality grapes from Yamagata Prefecture, and has a rich fruit flavor and a refreshing taste. The 2021 vintage, which has a slight cherry color, has a rich body of Delaware and the gorgeous aroma of Muscat Berry A, giving it a well-balanced taste. You can enjoy compatibility with a wide variety of dishes, whether Japanese or Western. At Takeda Winery, we continue to make wine by working closely with partner farmers and taking a new approach every year, placing importance on Delaware and Muscat Berry A, which are widely cultivated for raw consumption in Yamagata Prefecture. This 2021 vintage has high-quality and concentrated fruit, so we used a blend of 60% Delaware and 40% Berry A, aiming to create ``the most delicious white wine representing Yamagata in 2021.'' Although the taste is a little different from the previous vintage, it is a well-balanced white wine that combines the refreshing acidity of Delaware with the brightness of Berry A. This is a book where you can enjoy the differences depending on the vintage.
