Its aroma presents fresh herbaceous aromas paired with subtle citrus zest, delicate floral hints and restrained light spice notes, with minimal sweet fruit aroma compared to sweet vermouth. On the palate, it features low sugar content, crisp and clean mouthfeel, well-integrated gentle herbal bitterness and faint woody undertones, the slightly higher alcohol concentration supports layered botanical flavours without sharp stimulation.
