El Dorado Anejo is a smooth aged Mexican tequila crafted at Herradura Distillery at gentle 40% ABV with a 700ml volume. Aged in fine oak barrels after distillation, it delivers soft cooked agave sweetness balanced with light vanilla and subtle dried fruit wood notes. The aroma carries ripe baked agave, mild caramel, light citrus peel and delicate toasted oak undertones. The palate offers rounded clean agave core, faint silky wood warmth and silky medium texture. It holds a mild lingering finish with pure agave brightness and quiet mellow oak depth. Best enjoyed neat or mixed in cocktails, light dilution highlights its gentle agave and soft oak character.
