Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos is a layered dry Spanish amontillado sherry at 18.5% ABV in a standard 750ml format, crafted by Lustau through dual flor and oxidative barrel maturation. It delivers roasted nut, polished leather, dried stone fruit, toasty oak and subtle saline mineral with balanced restrained sweetness. Its nose releases roasted almond paste, polished dark leather, dried apricot, brown sugar caramel, mild wood smoke and faint coastal brine undertones. The palate offers rounded restrained fruity sweetness, moderate gentle spirit warmth, layered nutty aged fruit and firm integrated mature oak tannins. It has a long, smooth mineral finish with lingering roasted nut and soft leathery fruit vibrancy.
