Lustau Almacenista Oloroso Pata de Gallina is a single cask dry Spanish oloroso sherry produced by Lustau at 20% ABV in a compact 500ml bottle. Matured without flor yeast, it delivers deep roasted nut, dark dried fruit and rich charred oak spice with bold oxidative depth. Its nose holds thick walnut, raisin, dark chocolate and warm toasted oak without bright saline notes of fino. The palate carries weighty dried fruit sweetness, robust fortified warmth, layered dark berry and smoky wood undertones. It finishes long and velvety with lingering nut, dark caramel and subtle leather.
