Capel Moai Pisco Reservado is an aged Chilean grape brandy crafted by Capel Distillery, bottled at 40% ABV in a generous 1000ml format. Matured in oak casks to earn the Reservado designation, it delivers ripe white grape, subtle dried stone fruit, soft vanilla, light toasted oak and gentle herbal mineral undertones unique to Chile’s coastal vineyards. The nose unfolds with fresh grape brightness, faint floral vine aromas and warm mild barrel caramel. The palate balances clean vinous fruit sweetness with smooth oak depth, delicate citrus zest and velvety light tannins. Its medium warm finish holds lingering fresh grape and quiet saline mineral hints from Chile’s terroir.
