Lemorton 1985 is a vintage French artisanal spirit produced at Lemorton Distillery, bottled at a balanced 40% ABV in a standard 700ml bottle. Distilled back in 1985, it bears rich aged stone fruit, soft wild orchard botanicals, mellow dried nut and subtle polished oak spice from long resting. The nose unfolds with concentrated preserved fruit jam, smooth rounded malt and gentle toasted caramel oak. The palate balances deep sweet fruit brightness with mild soft tannins, baked apricot, faint citrus peel and light almond undertones. Its lengthy warm finish holds lingering fruit toffee and mild earthy herbal hints. This aged vintage expression shines best neat to savour its layered, well-matured French fruit character without harsh alcoholic bite.
