M&H Apex Mezcal Cask is an exclusive limited single malt from Israel’s M&H Distillery, bottled at cask strength 56.7% ABV with a 700ml capacity. A standout Apex series release, it undergoes unique finishing inside ex-mezcal casks, bringing distinctive smoky agave notes rarely seen in whisky. Its aroma delivers roasted agave, subtle soft smoke, tropical fruit sweetness, vanilla and faint green herbal hints. Full-bodied and concentrated on the palate, bright fruit balances earthy smoky agave and firm polished oak tannins. It features a lengthy, one-of-a-kind finish with lingering agave smoke and sweet fruity malt, a highly collectible experimental expression favoured by adventurous whisky lovers.
