Distilled in 2001, matured for 19 years, bottled at 50% ABV with a volume of 700ml. The aroma delivers bright orchard fruits, ripe pear, green apple, honeycomb and floral heather, layered with subtle ginger spice, vanilla and gentle dried herbal notes. On the palate, juicy apple and apricot lead, accompanied by butterscotch, soft oak and faint nutty cereal sweetness. The 50% strength brings a rounded, creamy medium-full mouthfeel.
