This limited release from Glenallachie Distillers Company balances smouldering peat smoke and ripe orchard fruit into a vibrant, well-rounded multi-layered expression. The nose opens with smouldering peat smoke, ripe white fruit, honeyed cereal malt and subtle vanilla oak brightness. On the palate, it is medium-full bodied and silky, with flavours of fresh orchard fruit, gentle medicinal smoke, golden butterscotch toffee and a faint soft roasted nut depth.
