This unique artisanal distillate from Montelobos undergoes a traditional pechuga finish, redistilled with wild turkey breast and seasonal tropical fruits atop base Espadín agave spirit, crafting a complex multi-layered expression. The nose delivers bright wild berry, cooked stone fruit, soft agave grass, subtle savory poultry umami, and clean mineral agave spirit.
