Roe & Co is a creamy fruit-forward blended Irish whiskey crafted at Roe & Co Distillery at 45% ABV with a 700ml volume. Blended from hand-selected malt and grain stocks matured in ex-bourbon oak casks, it delivers soft caramel sweetness balanced with spiced pear and delicate vanilla wood notes. The aroma carries spun sugar, ripe poached pear, mild vanilla pod, light floral honey and pale bourbon oak undertones. The palate offers smooth creamy malt core, gentle subtle warm spice and velvety medium texture. It holds a mellow lingering finish with bright fruit creaminess and quiet vanilla oak depth.
