Distilled in 2007 and matured fifteen years on Islay’s rugged coast, it delivers smouldering sea peat smoke balanced with bright citrus fruit and briny malt undertones. The aroma carries damp seaweed, zesty lemon, green apple, light brine and charred oak notes. The palate offers smooth smoky-fresh core, subtle mineral warmth and velvety full texture. It holds an extended lingering finish with crisp citrus lift and persistent marine smoky oak depth. Best savoured neat, light water softens its robust intensity to reveal intricate peat, fruit and salty coastal layers.
