M&H Apex Rum Cask is a tropical fruited Israeli single malt matured at M&H Distillery at bold cask strength 57.1% ABV with a 700ml volume. Finished in well-used tropical rum casks, it delivers ripe pineapple and banana sweetness balanced with soft caramel and gentle cereal malt notes. The aroma carries bright tropical fruit, brown sugar, light vanilla, subtle dried fruit and polished oak undertones. The palate offers smooth rounded fruit core, faint warm spirit spice and silky medium texture. It holds a mellow lingering finish with vivid tropical brightness and quiet rum-spiced oak depth.
