Post-maturation finishing in fruited wine casks lends bright tart red fruit notes balanced with soft honeyed malt and gentle oak spice. The aroma carries fresh pomegranate arils, red berry jam, light floral grape, mild honey and charred oak undertones. The palate delivers smooth tart-sweet malt core, faint delicate fruit warmth and silky medium texture. It holds a crisp lingering finish with vivid ruby fruit brightness and quiet layered wine oak depth.
