M&H Apex Cognac Cask is an elegant cognac-finished Israeli single malt crafted at M&H Distillery at bold cask strength 58.6% ABV with a 700ml volume. Finished in seasoned cognac oak casks after primary malt maturation, it delivers rich dried fruit sweetness balanced with soft honeyed vanilla and gentle grape spirit notes. The aroma carries ripe apricot, dried fig, golden raisin, mild floral grape and polished charred oak undertones. The palate offers smooth rounded fruity malt core, faint silky brandy warmth and silky medium texture. It holds a lengthy lingering finish with bright dried fruit brightness and quiet refined cognac oak depth. Best savoured neat, light water dilution unfolds its intricate layered stone fruit and honeyed malty flavours.
