Released on October 10, 2023, the three-city series marked ten years since FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn. Limsa Lominsa's coastal setting inspired the peated malt, while rum-cask whisky evokes the city's pirate heritage. Its artwork extends across the label and presentation box.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this whisky entirely distilled in Japan?
No. The label lists UK-produced malt alongside grain whisky. It is a world blend from Nagahama, not a wholly Japanese-distilled whisky.
Is it smoky?
Yes. Peated malt is central to this edition, with the retailer describing a gentle smoky character.
Is the whole whisky aged in rum casks?
The maker identifies rum-cask-matured whisky as an accent within the blend. It does not say that the entire blend is rum-cask matured.
How old is it?
No numerical age is stated. The reference to long-matured grain describes one component and does not establish an age for the whole bottle.
Which edition and size is this?
This is Edition Limsa Lominsa, bottled at 47% ABV in a 700ml format.
Will I need to pay import duties or taxes?
Our Shipping Policy states that international orders ship DDU. Customers pay applicable import duties, taxes and local fees, which are excluded from product and shipping prices. US and UK buyers should check their destination requirements; EU buyers should check those of their destination member state.
What is your return and refund policy?
Our Returning & Exchanging policy generally treats sales as final. For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of signing for delivery and obtain a Return Number before returning anything. Incorrect items must remain unopened; photograph breakage safely. Approved refunds go to the original payment method after receipt and inspection.
