It is distilled from partially‑fermented Torontel grape must instead of fully‑fermented wine, retaining the grape’s innate aromatic‑richness. The nose shows fresh green‑grape, jasmine, lychee and delicate herbal‑green‑notes. On the palate bright fruity‑flavours combine with subtle citrus‑hints and a silky‑lively texture. It finishes medium‑length with lingering floral‑grape sweetness. This aromatic pisco works well neat or for crafting sophisticated modern cocktails.
