Waterford Biodynamic Luna Edition 1.1 is an Irish single‑malt whisky from Waterford Distillery bottled at 50% ABV with a 700‑ml volume. It is made from biodynamically‑farmed barley grown following lunar‑cycle‑guided agricultural principles. The nose presents fresh green grain, ripe pear, wild‑flower aromas, honey and subtle herbal notes. On the palate bright orchard‑fruit flavours, creamy cereal sweetness and faint oak spice unfold gently. It has a smooth medium‑length finish with lingering floral‑grain undertones. This terroir‑focused limited‑edition malt is best enjoyed neat to explore its natural organic‑driven flavours.
