Its aroma unfolds with baked apple jam, dried stone fruit, subtle herbal earthiness and mild honeyed malt sweetness, carrying concentrated cooked orchard depth without artificial syrupy heaviness. The palate delivers dense stewed apple sweetness upfront, balanced by gentle tannic fruit skin structure and soft fermented acidity.
