Its aroma unfolds with crisp green apple, ripe pear, light wild grass, delicate honey blossom and mild toasted oak without harsh alcoholic heat. The palate presents clean vibrant fruit brightness upfront, wrapped in silky light malt and subtle integrated oak tannins typical of young organic Speyside spirit. It finishes medium-short, fresh and herbaceous with lingering soft apple tones, ideal for approachable neat sipping and light fruit-forward whiskey highball cocktails.
