Its aroma unfolds with ripe overripe banana, sharp tropical fruit, earthy pot-still funk, subtle molasses caramel and soft spice oak without harsh alcoholic heat despite mid-strength proof. The palate delivers intense fruity molasses brightness upfront, balanced by distinctive Jamaican funk backbone and silky mellow oak tannins. It finishes medium-long, rich and pungent with lingering ripe banana funk tones, ideal for neat tasting and tropical tiki-style cocktails.
