Louis De Lauriston Parcelaires 14 Year Old Single Cask #1 is a rare single-cask French Calvados crafted by Lawliston at 46.2% ABV in a standard 700ml bottle, matured fourteen years in oak to deliver layered baked apple, dried orchard fruit and polished aged wood complexity. Its aroma unfolds with baked Normandy apple, sun-dried pear, subtle honeyed vanilla, soft nutty oak and light floral fruit without harsh alcoholic heat despite the mid-high strength. The palate delivers concentrated orchard fruit brightness upfront, wrapped in silky well-mellowed oak tannins and smooth rich distillate core. It finishes medium-long, velvety and fruity with lingering baked apple tones, a limited single cask expression best enjoyed neat.
