Amrut Two Indies Rum is a premium dual-cask matured Indian cane rum produced by Amrut Distilleries, bottled at 42.8% ABV in a standard 700ml bottle. Crafted as the distillery’s signature cross-continent finished rum, it undergoes dual tropical and temperate cask maturation to soften sharp raw cane brightness and integrate deep layered dual oak-derived richness. The nose offers ripe tropical sugarcane, dried mango, subtle toasted bourbon oak and gentle floral grass honey sweetness without harsh fiery alcoholic fumes. The palate delivers well-balanced vegetal and tropical fruit flavours, smooth mellow alcohol warmth and faint spiced woody nuance brought by two-stage long cask ageing. It features a soft lingering finish of fresh cane sap and light vanilla toffee notes.
