Distilled in 2007 and matured for 15 years in mixed sherry and bourbon oak casks, it delivers creamy honey malt, bright stone fruit, vanilla and mild nutty wood without peat smoke influence. Its nose unfolds with light barley grain, ripe pear, apricot compote, vanilla custard, golden honey and soft toasty oak. The palate holds rounded gentle malt sweetness, prominent medium spirit warmth, layered juicy orchard fruit and delicate tannic sherry undertones.
